Basically any Z97 motherboard will do you good.

If you don't really need that many features in a z97 motherboard. You could always go for the msi z97 krait, or the msi pc mate. They are fairly inexpensive boards, usually around the price of $100. If you live near a microcenter, that would be even better, as buying a cpu and mobo combo saves you a few bucks.

I feel the more cores will be better for streaming and splitting up the task,unlike the 4790k with is a nice 4 core for gaming,i feel the 9370 is better for streaming at the same time,sure it might be a little bit less for fps wise but you want your views to be happy,sure it wont be much of a difference,but 9370 is better for streaming in my opinion

Yeah 8 cores is nice but the 4790k is also hyperthreaded. The 9370 is basically an overclock fx 8320. The 4790k beats any fx processor even with its 8 cores.

From things i've seen, FX CPU's are utterly amazing when it comes to streaming O_o, my friends FX 8350 absolutely bulldozes my 4820K when it comes to streaming (no OC's involved too)

 

however both are very capable streamers and maybe considering gaming performance and everything else the 4790K would come out on top.

This doesn't make sense, you should take very little hit on a 4690K unless you are trying to do 1080p60. There is a reason why almost every major streamer only does 720p60 on Twitch, 1080p looks like crap even @ 3500Kbps

 

You need 12500Kbps for 1080p60 to have acceptable compression:quality ratio (0.1 bits-per-pixel)
