Best Air Cooler for SG13?

For my new gaming PC build, I've decided to go with a Small Form Factor case, the Silverstone SG13 (already purchased). I'm planning on using a water cooled GPU, and as there is only room for one radiator, I'll be needing to use an air cooler for the CPU. Given the low clearance of 61mm and limited airflow in this case, I was wondering what would be the best choice for a cooler here. Here are a few I am considering:

 

Noctua NH-L9i

 

Phanteks PH-TC90LS

 

Zalman CNPS8900 Quiet

 

I'm planning on using an i5-4690K or the Skylake equivalent depending on when it comes out.
