Samsung TV has bad ghosting

So my grandma's new TV has pretty bad ghosting. Not that she'd notice it, but I want to make sure that she gets the best experience from it. I'm not sure on the model number, but I am pretty sure it's a 42" class television. Does anyone know of a way to reduce or eliminate it? I couldn't seem to find anything in the settings.

It's probably due to it having a high response time, not much you can do to fix that :/

Try messing around in the settings. There should be a setting to help with it maybe like refresh rates and such

Nope. Standard LCD.

 

Try messing around in the settings. There should be a setting to help with it maybe like refresh rates and such

Already dinked around a lot and there is nothing that I can find.

 

It's probably due to it having a high response time, not much you can do to fix that :/

My other grandma's TVs both have this problem. Oddly enough, my TV and my sister's don't seem to have any issues. Mine is like the highest end model though.

I know I get that when our Sony TV is in the sport mode. But what you are explaining is more like the panel is the problem.

I don't know if there is much to do if you have already put it in "gaming" mode.
