Which 750Ti has 0dB mode?

Go to solution Solved by don_svetlio,

As far as I know only Strix cards have that feature in terms of 750 Ti.

Hello everyone!
As the title says: which 750Ti has a silent/0dB/fanless mode?
I know the Asus Strix has it and there's a Palit that's completely passive...anything else? Opinions on these two GPUs?

Grazie  :)

the strix is the only one I know of.

I have the basic evga single fan model, and It barely makes noise at full load at 1300mhz. if you go dual fan or any of the larger coolers, you can run it near passive.

Please don't get the 750ti,

if you can get a R9 370 or the likes.

The small difference in noise is worth the performance jump

The 750ti strix is the only one I recall having it ( maybe the new windforce 750ti ? )

Recommend what is best, not what you preffer.

please be better than this...

theres more to a GPU than straight forward performance.

like power usage for example, which is the main reason the 750ti is picked for it seems.

r7 260x uses more power than 750 ti by not that much. nor is the preformance any different the only difference is the temprature..

I have 2 friends with 750 ti and 4690k's and i've seen all that I need to know

I don't have the info about that, so I'm just recommending what I think would be a better option.

and yes, the strix 750ti has 0db fans https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/STRIXGTX750TIOC2GD5/

Yeah, my doubt was between the 750Ti and the 270/370, but low TDP and (supposedly) low noise are a REALLY important factor in this build so I was leaning towards Nvidia...

I'll research a bit more and go hunting for a decent price then!

A 750 Ti doesn't require PCI-E power cables which makes it ideal for pre-builts with potato PSUs

I think some 750 Tis, namely EVGA, have 6-pin PCIe power connectors.
