Samsung TV help

Decided to re-purpose this old TV for kitchen use. However, I am welcomed with broken sound and picture upon switching it on.

I have no idea what the problem is or how to fix it. Any help would be great full.

Most likely a main board for the tv. Just look up the model number on the back of the set. The main board is essentially a mobo for the tv. That's what I would start with and if that doesnt fix it then you would need to make the call on whether or not it is worth keeping.
