Good deal or not? Xperia z2 vs samsung note 3

Recently i got my new phone the Z2 and my brother ask an offer to me that he would exchange his note 3 to my z2 and i compare our phone by performance in 3dmark icestorm i got 16000 and the note 3 got 13000 and not that big and second the looks. I dont know what phone looks more luxury. And its up to you guys whats better by battery, style, display and overall and do not include the price cuz i dont care bout de prize.. Thx guys just leave your answer or thoughts down below...

Z2, but I may be biased. I mean, you will lose waterproofing and front speakers, plus metal, and quality.

And also the camera 13mp 4k 30fps or 20.7 1080p 60fps

I somewhat own a Note 3, i can say that it's fine and it would be fine for anyone.

You might want cargo pants to carry it around.

Large screen is really useful for watching videos, although be careful of app support because not every app supports the Note 3. S Pen is good for taking notes or drawing, basically a mini tablet.
