Desktop Case

Go to solution Solved by manikyath,

if you're worried about sag, or wiggling during transport, any type of string will do.

I'm looking at buying a GTX 980 Ti G1 edition and I'm told they are heavy, so to make my future life easier and less grey hairs, I need to find a case that has decent space for SLI and has the motherboard lie horizontally rather than vertically. There use to be some cases on the Desktop filter for PCPartPicker but those cases have vanished.

Why not use a gpu support bracket?

Because I don't want to add unneeded things inside the case, I've always wanted a cube case with the mobo lying flat horizontally.

Thanks, I'm not worried about wiggling as this PC wouldn't be moved unless I was moving myself to a new area.

I'm more or less worried about sag as the G1 GTX 980 Ti is apparently really heavy, last thing I need is a broken mobo.
