Windows 8.1 Action Center: Solve 3 pc issues

Hello,

My pc always displays that there are 3 important messages that need to be solve, and they are always the same:

Spyware and unwanted software protection

Virus Protection

Network firewall

 

And I can never solve them, when I click into TURN ON NOW each one of those security problems, It does not do nothing, and it takes me into my System32 Folder of my Local Disk.

I am using Kaspersky internet security, but I really do not have any idea why windows always says that I need to turn on my Virus protection, network firewall and spyware and unwanted software protection. Any ideas? Thanks!

It wants you to enable windows firewall, MSE, and their security crap too.  Sometimes Malwarebytes can make it go away.

But I cant enable them, and they are actually on with Kaspersky, the one that I have is also anti Malware,

On the left pane, go to Change Action Center settings and uncheck everything.
