razer naga hex issue

Hello, i have a problem with my razer naga hex, 

it has multiple issues like:

when moving it around, it just fly's away into a random direction, so fast you see the cursor vanish.

Also when moving it goes in steps not in a fluid motion, what i mean with this is, it moves, then it stops then it moves again and stops.

it also just likes to not work at all, it only moves in or the horizontal direction or vertical, not even both sometimes.

i've searched for ages now i dident find any fix, my friend also has this problem

its so bad that making this account, it was undoable, i used the "tab" button to move around because with the mouse you can't do anything

i hope i can get a fix for this

i use the steelseries QCK mousepad

Contact Razer or get a Logitech mouse

Well, i'm not gonna bother contacting razer support, cause they are shit in giving support.
