I'm looking for a hard drive bay to store my blu-ray collection, which one should I get?

I recently started ripping blu-ray discs as they come, but obviously that takes a lot of storage, and since handbrake compression takes far too long and takes too many CPU years, I'm going to have to invest in a hard drive bay. I don't want to just throw money at the first Amazon result, so I'm here. My budget is around $200, maximum of $300.

oh an external enclosure, what are you planning on, does it need to function like a NAS? are you intending to run RAID? etc what drives are you planning to use

 

Could you not just shove some big drives inside your current pc? etc etc etc

I'd like RAID, but not network support. I plan on using WD Blues/Greens. I doubt I could store everything internally, I have no spare bays or vacant storage. :(
