I've had a 4k gsync monitor and I sold it. I will be buying a curved 3440 x 1440 monitor soon. Hopefully amazon will drop the price during their big sale.

120Hz or gtfo.

You miss so much by only using 144hz displays.

Bah, ultra wide isn't stretched, its increased field of view, its more visible screen, its 21:9 movie format (no more black bard on top and bottom of screen), its having 3 full size web browsers open side by side... Its simply awesome

Now consider that the ACER in the poll will most likely be 100hz instead of 75hz. Acer said so during computex.

The winner is now even more clear... if it wasnt already, no?

I was going to get the PG27AQ but I think I might get the ACER X34 Gsync now. Need more votes

3440x1440 for 100% dpi goodness... don't think that is practical on a 4k 27" scren... it'd be like running programs on a 1080p 13.5" laptop... I use my 12.5" laptop at 100% dpi and people already make fun of me for that, I have gotten used to it, but don't think I could sit that close to a 27" screen.

When do you think the ACER X34 Gsync monitor will get to reviewers, the Freesync one has been reviewed, it got a good review for it.

ultra wide is just stretched 1440p!

Stretched would mean 2560x1440 at 21:9. But it's 3440 wide, there's actual pixels there that make it 21:9. No stretching.
