What is wrong with YouTube?

Hello Forum,

 

I recorded a video at 1080p 30 at 20mbps using ShadowPlay and rendered it at 1080p 30 but when I uploaded it to YouTube today, it uploaded only at 360p. It's really a bummer since I wasted 1.86GB of my Internet just uploading this one  long video. I also didn't get an option to select one thumbnail from the three options which YouTube provides. Here's the link to the video and it looks really crappy: 

Can someone please help me out?

It takes some time to process, it's 1080p now

It takes time for youtube to process the video for 720p and 1080p. Just wait a while (takes anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour from experience, depending on video length)

The wonders of processing. 

 

When a video is uploaded it doesn't start out at the max res. It takes a couple hours. Linus's videos are all on the max res at release because they are uploaded for a few hours prior to being shown to the public.
