hi, its very depressing start for me, just got my N910F and started running some benchmarks. i got good score in GeekBench about equal to other Note 4 out there. but in Antutu i got 25000 score and in Basemark X i scored only 680 WTF?????? 

 

device is not getting hotter at all like its normal warm and its a Snapdragon 805 variant i have checked it from CPU Z and also antutu. WTF IS HAPPENING? can anybody here help me ? i will post screen shots just now

Are you expecting your device to get warm from benchmarks? That in my opinion would be a malfunction, unless you're running them for a legnthy time

i m just stating that its not getting the optimal scores that i should get i see people getting near 50K with NOTE 4 Snapdragon. my score only 23000 WHY? everything is normal, temperature, there are NO apps installed, and its LITERALLY brand new out of the box device

They may have rooted and OC'd their phones. To be honest unless you're using your phone for video editing etc you won't see any performance degrade. Download CPU-Z from the Play Store just to clarify your device has the right cpu etc.

I struggle to understand why manufacturers cram beefy processors into devices of which the majority of apps are not even designed to run on multiple cores. Pro tip though, I'd recommend changing your launcher to something less-bloaty like the Google Now launcher. On my outdated device (s4 Mini) it runs like a beast - even with all my homepages full of widgets.

Just chill guys, and yes the normal AnTuTu score for a Snapdragon Note 4 would be < 45000. Leave your device alone for a while, make sure it is cool then you start the benchmark. If you do the benchmarks back-to-back, your device may be warm (not hot), or even hot. This would make your device thermal throttle and reduce its performance.

If you're that worried, check your device's IMEI and look it up online via an IMEI checker.

 

And for reference, a non-throttled G Flex 2 (different device, but it counts) gets >50k on Antutu if it's not throttling. When heavily throttled, it gets 35k.
