Help! Motherboard auto turns on when connecting to power.

I'm rebuilding an older micro atx board, it's a msi AMD board exact version being fm2-a75ma-e35 . The board seems to just send power once I hook it up, without me using a power button or reset. The chip I'm using is a x4 750k (it doesn't have a built in gpu so I'm also running a video card, I'm not getting any visual feedback either screen is on standby. I know it's being powered solely by the heatsink fan working and LEDs in the case.

Here are all the parts bring used

Fm2-a75ma-e35 motherboard

AMD Athlon x4 750k CPU

AMD Asus 6450 (No pci-e power connectors it only attached to the board)

Toshiba 120gb SSD

Evga power supply 600b(600w)

Corsair vengeance memory 4gb/8gb I ran both

Note I recently used everything but the board and chip, gpu I just bought, main pc recognizes it and can use to connect to screen.

Any suggestions???
