Dell XPS 420?

So i found a pretty messed up XPS 420 Missing a lot of stuff and not to include A nightmare of a dust storm inside but i came with i believe and intel core 2 duo Quad core @ i believe 2.30 GHz the board and well yea it stops about there But Should i spend the time to renew it ive already cleaned the case and the board i had and XPS M1710 -laptop- thoughts?
