"Gaming" PC build help! US

Hello, i have been looking around for a pc that can run things like League of Legends and/or Minecraft at 60fps in medium settings. I also would like to play the Dolphin emulator,(wii and gamecube) and play super smash bros melee/brawl on netplay(playing online) at 60fps. Most builds i looked at were around $450 and i tought they were great, but did not include price of Windows OS, and monitor(i dont have one, this is my first pc) and they ranged over $600.

I dont have a clue what cpu and gpu i need for these kind of games. I asked my friend, who recommended this (http://www.ibuypower.com/Store/AMD-FM2-A-Series-APU) I liked the idea, and chose what i wanted, but in the end, with a monitor and the OS, it ended up being $715. I really dont want to get to the price range above $600.

What i am asking for is a build recommendation under $600(INCLUDING OS AND MONITOR) to fit for what i am looking for. I dont really mind the size of monitor, i just want it to be under 17 inch and above 15 inch, and would like it to be less than or $100. It would be great to get advice on upgrading it too, like a better graphics card if i ever want to run more things.

Its his first pc and you're going to give him multiple drives... i don't know if that will work out with his lack of experience.

Well using LGA 1150 let's you upgrade to a quad core i5 later on down the road, so you have a good path. 8GB RAM is more than enough to handle any programs running in the background while you game. An aftermarket cooler for the Pentium just in case you decide to get adventurous and play with the clock speed. 1TB hard drive is plenty of space and relatively quick. You could put a cheap SSD in too for your OS if you want something a little quicker but that's easy to do down the road. The N200 case is relatively small and cheap without being absolute junk, and the CX series of power supplies is good for a low-power build, and usually a good price. And last the GTX 750 Ti is an excellent little GPU, quick and power efficient, it'll handle anything you throw at it and it will love the low resolution monitor.

For an OS you can easily get a legit key off reddit for $20, or just download the Windows 10 Insider Preview as it will go full version end of the month. Supposedly anyone running the Preview at that time who is registered (5 second process, you're halfway there if you have a hotmail account) will automatically be updated to full release with a license.
