Ive used both the x99-a and the ud4. out of the two i would go with the ud4. however if you can get an asrock instead.

the ud4 is giving me a more stable OC than the x99-a but both fail every now and then. In other words they randomly give me the reset to factory defaults message and i gotta reload the OC. people say the asrock is a lot more stable.
