24 inch Monitor vs 27 inch Monitor

I want to find a gaming monitor, but im not sure between 24 inch or 27 inch.

My budget is 185 euros which is 204.06 dollar.

I want to use it for console gaming and maybe later for pc gaming but for now its console.

I have looked at these two but im not sure about the 60hz and the 2ms on the acer one.

SNIP

1080p is really only best at less than 24"

it looks quite pixelated on a 27" monitor, where 1440p is a much better option

^ I agree here.

Also, the 1ms vs 2ms means nothing and they're both 60Hz as far as I can tell.

nope,

I would look into a getting a 24" 1080p 60hz IPS at your budget

The onyl difference is that its IPS it only has 6ms, still only 60hz, only 23inch and it only has a HDMI

Yea, IPS, it's a big difference compared to TN, the colors are a lot better and vibrant.

Maybe this can help

edit: if you are wondering if TN is still the fastest, not really, IPS can match the speeds of TN nowadays.

edit 2: if you want 120hz-144hz or 1440p, you need at least 100 euros more.

Yes, IPS is better, but TN is not horrible at all. I'm completely fine with all my TN monitors.

TN isn't terrible, i'm looking at 4 TN ones atm, but i'm done with it. TN served me well, but it's time to finally upgrade. IPS is affordable and imho a big upgrade, so the timing looks good to me.

I'm using 3 very old TN's 2006-2008 or so, and 1/2 little less old TN's (3-4 years or so? idk). They might have been high end TN's of the time, but since two are 1280x1024, I don't really think were that high end.
