Buying not building PC that runs GTA V flawlessly

Go to solution Solved by aLemonNation,

I have never build a PC tho, are you sure that is the best option. I've heard it is pretty easy

Building a PC is your only option right now as far as I can tell. Buying a prebuilt computer that can play GTA 5 and under 800 is unusual to find. Just look up some youtube videos to get going and soon enough, you'll be building your own PC. If you run into any problems, come post on the forums and I'm sure you'll get help.

Iam looking to buy a PC that could run GTA V flawlessly

The PC's that meet the specifications seem overpriced to me.

Anyone know where I can find something like that?

I would be really thankfull if someone can link me to one wich is worth the money.

800$ is the very limit, looking for something cheaper if possible

No monitor, keyboard or mouse. Just looking for a PC to buy

GTA V specs:

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1

Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)

Memory: 8GB

Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD7870 2GB

Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible

HDD Space: 65GB

I'm pretty sure you can fit one for under 800 if you want to cheap out on the case, motherboard and hard drives, and welcome to the forums! :)

You're pretty much going to have to either spend more to buy a prefab, or just buy one from a pedigree system builder like Cyberpower...

On cyberpower, you can get a OS'less system with an i5 and 380 for about 790$, but like... You could get way better if you just built it...

Yes, I already compared the prices and was indeed a bit scared someone would post this.

What are you recommendations for parts?

There are countless videos that will help you build a PC and it really isn't too hard. If you can do this:

Then you should be able to build a PC with some background knowledge from watching videos such as:

Linus has a lot of build guides that you could use as reference and to help you understand how, where and why parts go where they go.

You can always ask us here on the forum if you have any issues or questions and you are bound to receive help.

If you dont want to build the machine yourself you could use a site that lets you pick the parts you want, they will assemble it and send it over to you pre-built.

you could buy cheap i5 system and then buy gpu and put it inside

must make sure to have power supply to do it, usually cx500

NCIX will build you one for money, 50$ or something

A lot of PC components sites offer to build the system for you for a price around 60 dollars. If you really don't want to build yourself that would be the best option. If you need recommendation about what parts would be the best loads of people here can help you.

Any sites for The Netherlands?

I bought my components from www.Azerty.nl, and they can assemble your PC for €50/€60 and there's warranty on the build as a whole so you're covered by faults they possibly could make while assembling. www.alternate.nl can also assemble your PC but I don't have experience with their services.
