Before you ask I'm not gonna take a picture of one, I can't get dressed or go anywhere and I haven't even got in the shower they're in all the rooms but the living room what should I do

How large are we talking? Just spray them all with Windex or some cleaner, then they probably wont be able to move much since cleaning chemicals are really fatal to most insects.

But may I ask again... how large?

 

I feel bad for you though, I would be freaking out if I walked into a room and saw even 1 large insect on the wall, to see a whole squad of them? Id probably burn my apartment and all who fail to make it out in time.

Your not going to find many imidiate solutions, so get out of the house, and go get into your car drive to a wally world or something and get bug bombs and raid, lots of raid

As I said, Id be freaking out, so my advice may seem a tad extreme but bugs and shit arent my thing.

Use pesticides. Most commercially available pesticides are not toxic for humans, so don't worry.

 

If you had more time, you could google the insect and see what chemical makes them go away.
