What is the best screen protector I can get for the iPhone 6 Plus?

Long story short, just got a 6 plus for free (yay), its heavily damaged and the screen is scratched to hell (not yay) and I'm out of luck for cheap solutions to "fix" the screen myself, so a screen protector it is.

I've been told that some screen protects use a special adhesive that "fills in" scratches to make them "disappear", so I would like that feature for sure (if its real), and I just want to protect the screen form any more damage in the future anyway. After browsing Amazon and "top 5/10 best screen protector for your iphone - CLICK NOW" articles, all were showing a variety of brands and models (I didn't even know protector came in different models?!) and I have no idea which is the best one for me?

I'm strongly considering Phantom Glass as it's a highly reputable brand (I'm looking at you Linus, and the ~$35 price tag has to mean there's some quality behind that thing), but is there anything bad about them, or any competition that's too good to pass up? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

A cheap 5-10 dollar glass screen protector from ebay, that should work fine.

A tempered glass screen protector.

Lots of people suggest Phantom Glass (well, it's sponsored), but there are others that are fine as well. Have a look around.

Tempered glass only. NOT plastic.

Amen to that.

I would personally get a tempered glass screen protector, then stick an anti-glare film on top of it.

Phantom Glass. The only thing that will break it is Austin Evan's nipple.
