Has anyone found enemies that did not did cause this miniboss will not die and he is in the second blimp too!

That makes sense to perfect me now I do!

EDIT!

I haven't encountered any enemies like that, but the PC port is littered with issues (No rain textures?). I would use google to see if anyone else had this problem.
