Any certain way to test if a PSU is going bad?

VG Docs

My PC has been restarting without warning lately. That could be a sign of the PSU of course, but I'd like to know for certain before potentially wasting about a week of waiting to get a new PSU.

My 4670k has been getting ~70C max lately, and I haven't really been paying attention to the voltages, not really sure if those could be relevant or not though.

Unplug all drives from the system and watch it do its thing. I know my old PSU was fine working with a laptop HDD but not a desktop one before when it was dying.

Is it restarting without warning all the time? Or just under heavy load?
