Connecting a ps3 controller to pc with a slight problem

did you try unplugging it an plugging it back in?

and my problem is that it does not pop up in hardware and devices as ps3 controller but it pops up as psr gamepad and it has nothing to do with the ps3 controller

I have never used that program, but really.. It's fairly easy to set up a PS3 controller with Motionjoy.
