Hi! im an enthusiastic of the programming world and i want learn!

Hello guys! my name its Javi and im from spain, im here today asking for help, recently i have seen a program where shows how the people create their own programs and i noticed that i really like create stuff, i have done a lot of cool stuff like a (really bad) website and i try to learn new things everyday, so the point here its that i would love learn something about programming and software design, basic things and maybe do a little program or so, if someone wants to help me, Thanks! (i dont actually care the lenguage, im ok with all, maybe the most usefull one? i dont know)
