NZXT H440 v.s Corsair 450D

What Case should I use to make a PC?

You can suggest another case if you want to. Take in mind that I love clean and simple cases, but if you want to post your case, that will be awesome to see it :D

Ever heard of Fractal Design?

Here is their website: http://www.fractal-design.com/

You should definitely check out their cases. They are all about simplistic design.

Thats why you add some LED's. 450D is a better built case, I built in both cases.

I don't know much about the 450, but the H440 looks awesome and from what I've seen looks real good quality especially for the price :)

Keep in mind the H440 has shitty airflow.......and lacks 5.25 drive bays.

Corsair 450D, but in the US, the 750D is only 10-20 dollars more in some cases.

I'd have to suggest the Fractal Design Define R5. It is one of the best all-round options out there and looks simplistic, just like you wanted.

And unlike the H440, cooling performance is good and it has two 5.25" bays.

Desktop: Intel Core i3-6100, 8GB RAM, 750GB HDD, GeForce GTX 750 Ti

I've owned both cases. I swapped my H440 for a 450D because it was defective when I bought it and the store was out of stock for more of those.

It all comes down to your personal preference, the 450D has a more minimalistic look to it, the H440 has some more color and apeal to it.

One of the strong points for the NZXT would be the shroud over the power supply that makes cabble management as easy as it gets. The lack of front bays if you need optical drives or some kind of external controller can be a factor to consider. This case also comes with think foam to reduce noise from components inside. Despite having less direct openings to airflow than the Corsair case it did not seem to make any noticeable difference on the overall temperature of my system.

The Corsair 450D is easier to disassemble and build in (despite the not having as good cable management options as the NZXT one) and seems to have a bit better build quality considering the H440 was quite easy to scratch the matte finish paint. I am no specialist here but the 450D also seems to have a bit more airflow to it because of the open mesh in the front and top pannels.

All in all, it does all come down to preference. If I had the chance I would have kept my H440 for the cable management and general good looks, although I am still quite happy with my 450D.

My build: CPU: Intel i5-4690K; Motherboard: Asus RoG Maximus VII Ranger; RAM: Kingston Hyper X 16GB 1833Mhz; GPU: Gigabyte Windforce G1 Gaming GTX 960 2GB; PSU: Corsair CX750M; Storage: Kingston 240GB SSD + Synology NAS w/ WD Red 1TB; Cooling: Corsair H110Case: Corsair 450D; Accessories: Asus RoG Front Base;

Bloody hell don't ask people what case YOU should build in

all of the suggested cases are GREAT so stop with this silliness and chose 1 UND 1 ONLY depending on HOW YOU think it looks.
