Is this monitor overclock safe?

So this is my monitor. The default refresh rate is 60hz but after seeing a guide on monitor overclocking I have it running at 75hz and it feels so smooth. I know that any form of overclocking on any PC component reduces the life span even if just by a few weeks but I was wondering if this overclock would be safe to keep or should I just put it back to 60hz?

How warm is the panel getting? If it's not that warm on the back then I'd say it's fine.

It's quite warm on the front bottom of the screen but everywhere else is normal

I just tried to look for a teardown of the screen so I could see where the controller was but I can't find one. In my opinion it's probably fine but please don't blame me if it breaks.
