Coolpad Arise roms?

I read the sticky and was still confused, is there any way of loading a custom rom onto this thing? And if I could, how would I know of it's compatable? The pages for roms only have documentation for mainstream devices, but I've been able to look up info on other sites out forums.

This thing is only $20 and I wanted to see what I could do with it.
