Help with twitch streams

Hi there!

 

I have a problem I can't seem to figure out how to solve. I can download torrents at a stable 2.9 MB/s and watch youtube streams at 720p no problemo but for some reason, twitch streams only run on medium and even then start buffering randomly.

 

If this is an issue with my ISP then im screwed since they really don't have anything close to usable customer support..

Internet speed? It can't be that bad.. My grandpas 3mb download could watch a live stream at medium setings
