I was considering the GL2460M, but if anyone has any better recommendations for a sub 180 min 24" monitor. No VA panels please. Would prefer IPS.

Probably not gonna get a 1440p monitor for under 180.

asus 23inch ips 1080p is around £155 (you will have to convert)

some other 24inch ips displays 1080p around £120

 

A 1440p would be like £100 more roughly £250

 

These prices were all from UK amazon from a quick search, check loads of local stores and such you may get a decent deal.
