Best headphones to buy for ~$100-150

I need some nice headphones.

My budget is ~100$ but I can do 150 if needed.

What are the top 5 best to buy.

I don't need this mainly for gaming I just want a good headset. I saw some nice looking AKG and Sennheiser ones in the reviews.

http://www.gamestop.com/accessories/afterglow-universal-prismatic-wireless-headset/112085 Try these, I love mine ^-^ comes in 3 modes, standard, bass boost, and Immersive, closest you can get to it not being surround sound, The company is also extremely nice, I've had several problems (that where my fault >.>) and they took them back, obviously quite a long wait but they took them back (they're HQ is in California); It was a no question thing, I've had the transmitter and the headphones sent back they both work amazingly, thats what I would recommend anyways

For closed Shure srh440+840 pads.

If you can stretch your budget beyerdynamic dt770/990(depends on whther you can use open).
