Hey guys! I bought this headset really recently and was wondering how do I clean the foamy thing on the tip of my mic? Do I just put it in water. Also I have been told I am very quiet and was wondering if it was because of the "noise cancelling" part? How do I fix :(

Unless you've got some kind of layer of sludge over the foam, I really doubt cleaning it will change anything. Maybe try going into:

 

Recording Device>Select the Cloud II headset>Properties>Levels tab

 

Sorry, since the Cloud II headset is controlled by its own soundcard, you can only increase the volume from the inline control.

then raise the volume. Also check in-game settings.
