RAM freezing PC?

Okay I am unfortunately a little stumped on this one. I switched over from an amd to an Intel gigabyte z97 gaming 7. I have 4 sticks of g.skill ram... 2 are 8x2, and the other 4x2... The 8x2 is 1866 (14900) the 4x2 are 10666. The timings, voltage, etc are the same. The board automatically down clocks the 1866 to 1333 but for whatever reason the pc just will not run with the 2 1333 sticks in there if I take them out bam it works.

The ram sticks work fine with other boards. Is there some sort of setting or change I am overlooking. Or do I just need to buy 2 more identical sticks... never had this problem with any other build like this...
