He got a EVGA 80+ 430W or 500W, that had the box previously opened and flipped shit.

He ordered two EVGA power supplies from Newegg, one of them was brand new the other was opened and probably used as some of the original packaging was missing(the bag around the PSU, the cables weren't tied, etc.). They were both sold as new and at the same price, and at the time of the video Newegg was denying the claims of it being used(or "open box").

Why? I didn't watch the original video but from what I know, he purchased what he thought was NEW parts but received USED parts at the same cost. Also, it seems like he was not the only guy this has happened to as other people in the comments had the same issue. And best of all, it also seems like if he hadn't made the video, Newegg would still be doing this.
