Supernova MOBA/RTS Launcher Issues

So i'm getting about 1/5 of my download speeds i'm supposed to get, and it's only happening in the launcher, anyone play this game and have this issue? Any fixes to launchers having slow download speeds?

And I've tried turning off AV and firewall and ran as admin.
