Gaming monitor for both pc and consoles

I am looking for a gaming monitor for both my pc and consoles.

I was thinking of going with BenQ XL2420G so that g-sync for my pc and non-sync for consoles. 

Any thought on it and other suggestion are also welcome.

I think it should be good.. 1ms for better gaming experience and good resolution screen.

That looks expensive for 1080p and no 144Hz.
