Opinion on this Sub-400€ Office build?

I am going to build a new PC for my parents, got all the parts Im planning to use and now want to know if there is anything I can improve on.

I already own GPU, HDD, OS, OD as well as a 2GB stick of TakeMS DDR3-1333 CL9 RAM.

According to the info I could find the figures of the RAM are CL 9-9-9-24 and a voltage of 1.5V, so it should be compatible with the ValueSelect RAM.

The whole build is going to look like this:

Case: Fractal Design Core 500 (62€)

CPU: Intel Pentium G3258 (66€)

Cooler: Be Quiet! Pure Rock (30€)

MB: MSI B85I (85€)

GPU: Zotac GT630 (---)

RAM: 1x2GB Corsair VS DDR3-1333 CL9-9-9-24 (16€)

          1x2GB TMS2GB364E082-139CM (---)

PSU: Be Quiet! System Power 7 300W (31€)

SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 120GB/250GB (63€/103€)

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 250GB (---)

OD: LG M Disc Super Multi (---)

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit (---) (possible Upgrade to Windows 10)

Depending on the size of the SSD the total cost is going to be about 350€/390€. Is there anything you would change?

Also: Is there a programme with which I can see the total amount of mp3/mp4/jpeg etc. files?

-snip-

I would go with 64-bit just so you have that upgrade path.

I would get an AMD CPU and motherboard because for this application, there is no need for the fire power....you would save a bunch right there. An AMD X4 860K plus motherboard is pretty cheap here in the US (less than $100).

Is there a way to get a 64bit version when you only have the CD of a 32bit version?

And I was thinking about stuff like the 860k as well. But I can only find the black version which is about 5€ more than the Pentium and I cant really find a mITX motherboard for it.
