Every program with video crashes.

I have been having this problem for about a week the only program with video that works is Google Chrome which is using my CPUs graphics.

 

What happens is that when I launch a game it crashes instantly and says "Name has stopped working."
When I have a program open and start a video that crashes also.

 

Specifications (Laptop):
GPU: Nvidia GT520M
CPU: Intel i5-2430M
RAM: 16gb (2x8GB) 1333MHz

I know its a pretty bad laptop but It has been working for ages and all of sudden this has started happening..
I've tried:
Re-installing Nvidia Drivers
Disabling Audio Devices

Re-installing DirectX

Changing the Memory Timing from 4 to 8

 

If anyone knows a fix to this problem please let me know...
