Windows 7 OEM

ConorBrien

There is probably a topic about this but, I need to buy a windows product key and I seen it on Gamemafia, and it had "Windows Professional OEM Key SP1"  and I'm just wondering what does it mean? The OEM part, would it be okay for me to buy?

Sorry if there is a topic.

OEM shold work fine it is meant for people like dell, asus etc. Only difference is it will be tied to your motherboard.

Yea I was upgrading my build because I got a great deal off of a mate who was upgrading his build, I got a FX 8350 and a motherboard(asus m5 a97 r2.0) for 100€. I had cracked windows before this so I decided to buy windows, I have already bought the key from gamemafia and its working fine at the moment.
