Which is the best ambient occlusion type and how can i include it in my games?

HBAO+ I think, i think it's down to the game itself to include it however I could be wrong.

Unity 5

Unity 5 does not use HBAO+ specifically. It has it's own technique for rendering nicer scenes.

go to this link: https://unity3d.com/unity/whats-new/unity-5.0

and do CTRL+F and search for this without quotation marks: "Integrated Enlighten real-time global illumination";
