Should i put foam on my 2 front fan intakes and the under the case power supply intake, will what affect airflow, because theres already this sorta plastic standard filter but i want to keep my pc guts clean and the plastic one doesnt do a good enough job.....for me

Depending on how dense the foam is, it may be fine for the front fans, but I wouldn't mess with the power supply. If the PSU overheats, it can die, kill other components, or even burn your house down. You really don't want to fuck with a power supply, they can kill you from just a light touch. Just leave it how it is and stay safe.

In that case not for the front either.

where did you get it from

almost all the types of foam I have seen in my life are either extremely air resistant or completely impermeable

Try it out. I would put my hand or put a price of paper behind the fan to test the airflow. In my mind that would not let any airflow through but you can always try!

I used that kind of material for some home made filters once and they did dampen the airflow quite a bit but you'll still get airflow just not nearly as much. I had 4 intakes to make up airflow. Tights work well like the guy above said
