Am I the only one who actually really likes razer's "gaming" switches?

They feel decent (kind of like Blues, but less of an actuation point, like Reds or Browns).

but the quality seems to be quite poor.

Eh I'm still in-between on how the feel and what not, I play osu so its tough to say. If they were 45G instead of 50G then it would be better.

I thought they were pretty average for a mechanical switch( they are just a lighter press MX Blue). I never got one because I always though their key boards seemed a bit flimsy and cheap for how much you pay for one. ( and they only come in that one shade of green)

There's a "hype train" because they make the superior switch that is somewhat affordable while maintaining the utmost quality in comparison to other switches.

 

Same reason that there's an "Intel hype train".

i felt some and i prefer my membrane keyboard over them, but i can see how some people like them, they just seem so flimsy and there presed down so easaly i couldent really rest my hands on the keys as i can with my current membrane keybord..

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

I absolutely hate mechanical keyboards. my fingers start hurting after 2-3 hours of usage.

I think I'm the only one in a 150 mile radius that owns a Lycosa (and that's just because it was cheap) that doesn't want a mechanical <_<

Lol. I remember Linus saying it's a FACT that mechanical switches are better because they help lessen your hands hurting.

 

Anyways, I love the MX Reds and Blacks because there are no interuptions.

I have a Razer Keyboard, the actuation is fine by me, but they're quite loud, and there's no point in buying the silent edition if you can only get them on the Razer Website. #AmazonMasterRace! Wish that they would use Cherry Switches for the quality reliance, but hey they love putting cheap stuff in their overpriced products.

The keycaps are... sub-par to say the least, but the switches aren't all that bad. I didn't notice a difference between the cherry blues in my quickfire tk, and the razer green switches.
