Is this a good pc for editing/gaming/streaming

I plan to be running multiple programs at once and want above 30 fps on ultra in games for recording.  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3KZwvK

 

Looks great.  Are you reusing an SSD from an older system?  If not I would highly recommend you add an SSD.  I'm also assuming you already have the 780 Ti.

Get a Z97 chipset motherboard

And if you are planning to get a 840 evo get a 850 evo instead.

You won't be able to overclock your cpu then.

I plan to upgrade motherboards soon to sli krait. Im on a budget right now and cant.

That doesn't make sense though.  If you can't overclock you don't need that heatsink.  It makes more sense to get the motherboard now, use the stock cooler, get a slight overclock, and then upgrade your heatsink later when you have cash.  The SLI Krait costs less than the h100i.  It will also save you a lot of trouble down the road because switching out motherboards is a pain in the ass.  Seriously.
