Are these worth it?

So i have been looking around ebay (uk version) and i have been noticing these laptop cooling pads. Are these really worth it or should i go to Amazon? The Laptop i am trying too cool is 15.6 inches.

I personally would say amazon because of there great service and nice products. The products might be more expensive but they are more reliable.

Not really from my experience cooled my laptop by 5 degrees or something like that.
