Coupling fittings, hardline-soft

Hey,

 

I'm looking for fitting advice for my build. I'll be doing hardline tubing going through the case so they end up behind the motherboard tray. Is there a fitting that will be able to take in a hardline tube but on the other side connect to a soft tube? I hope you get what I mean.
