i7 3770K Overclocking Help

Since I am new to overclocking, especially CPUs, I was wondering if this OC was safe to run. I haven't really fiddled with the voltages yet and I'm still playing around yet. 

 

Any advice is welcome, thanks.

Bring ur multiplayer up as high as u can until its not stable, then up the voltage by .05 and repeat until u hit max voltage or max temp (whichever comes first)
