There was a big deal about fake keys and stuff, and peoples games were revoked. I think it involved FC4.

That was one game, ever. I don't think they even knew about it. The people getting their keys revoked was from resale sites, like G2A and everyone got refunded. Nothing to worry about from GMG or G2A.

G2A have been very shady about specific things in the past. They are not 100% trustworthy. Just be careful I guess.

Again, I've never heard about anyone having issues with them.

I have. Ive used G2A and had no issues, but that doesnt mean they are necessarily safe.

They're backed by PayPal. So, if you pay through PayPal, then you're safe.

Why? They are great! I've bought many games from them, all legit, no problems. They aren't like G2A or Kinguin, if that is what is worrying you. :)

Just reiterating what everyone above is saying, I have never had issues with GMG. Purchased Witcher for 32$ and works fine running from GOG client. G2A has had issues in the past and I've never used them myself. GMG =/=G2A

That was G2A. It was for Witcher 3 where CDPR claimed that the keys being sold by GMG were from "an unknown source".

GMG is an official third party retailer. They aren't dodgy like G2A/Kinguin. The FC4 incident a while back was G2A btw.

Ugh, I'm tempted to buy CoD: AW because I'm craving for a mindless FPS, but everyone says that the PC community is almost dead.

Really. I was just going to buy it. Now I'm sad.

Edit: https://community.callofduty.com/community/call_of_duty/english/advancedwarfare/forums/pc you're right Gale. No one is playing that game and no dedicated servers.
