Played loads of casual today... ended up either 3rd/4th or first in every match, i am MG2... played vs DMG and some higher ranks too.

Depends, you get good and bad players in all ranks... even SMFC/Global, just higher ranks will lose their's faster.

They perfectly line up for you to get kills, yesterday I got a quad headshot in 2 seconds.

Casual is called casual for a reason, even low novas can top frag in casual.

Beat DMG's in casual... higher ranks too... just so you know. How i know is i have had a few add me after they asked what rank i was... they were genuinely trying vs me.

No, MG2 isn't above average. It's really, really easy to get to GNM, you don't need to be skilled at all.

You still encounter plenty of high novas who don't even understand the basics of the game.

For CoD and BF and such your rank is earned purely over time. In LoL and CS:GO it's earned by skill/time. Unlike with LoL CS ranks seem to more easily come under question.

So basically what you're saying is that if silver 1s and global elites play against each other, the silvers will win, right?

Rank means EVERYTHING, there is only let's say 1% of the players who get boosted to their rank.

Players who cheat will get banned anyway.

You're either a very low rank or you've never played CS:GO before, since you have no idea what you're talking about.

Thats for a rank gained by accumulating points, not one gain by skill/wins. Boosting and Cheating is still an option, cheating for sure. I see far more people purposely playing well under their rank than over.

I'd say average would probably end up being Nova ish now since the banning couple months ago that kinda reset things a bit.

All i can say is, DMG/LE is not the starting rank for above average, Nova though i doubt is...

from MG2 to MGE is actually a leap in skill, unlike MG1 to MG2, but i may be facing downranked DMG/LE players, and they do not play like any average player at all.

I started at silver myself. I'm a SMFC now. After the ban wave everyone got shifted up, before I would say MGE was average but now I would say DMG is average.
