Finding Pre-Built PC's | Gaming | Medium Budget

Firstly I'd like to thank anyone who replies for their help,

My brother came to me the yesterday asking for me to find him a pre-build desktop computer, I offered him my help to build one, he didn't seem so keen.

Now, I have no experience with Pre-Built gaming PC's so I thought I would ask you guys for some advice. Here's the deal,

Budget and Location:

He lives in London, United Kingdom and is hoping for a pricing of around £700-£850 (GBP) or $1092.84-$1327.02 (USD)

Aim

He prioritises Counter-Strike over everything in his life and so would mainly be using the desktop for gaming however work is also a big part in his life

and so it would need to be able to handle basic programs such as Microsoft Word etc.

Monitors

He runs on a single monitor set up with a screen size of 24 inches

Peripherals

He deals with a Razer mouse and keyboard and owns a HyperX cloud so those peripherals will not be necessary. A monitor will not be needed either.

The computer will however need a OS thatis preferably Windows 7 - 64 Bit however he is not to picky when it comes down to Windows OS that is

above version 7.

I would appreciate some links to options that are available for him

Yours Sincerely,

Joel Fright

This one seems to be the best I could find that fits your max budget,

http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/computing/desktop-pcs/desktop-pcs/cyberpower-gaming-revolution-elite-ii-gaming-pc-10011171-pdt.html

It isn't the greatest, but it comes with a core i5 4590 and a GTX 760. I know he only plays counter strike but if he wants to play other games, he would have enjoyable frames at decent settings.

Would this require assembly? As my brother is incapable of anything tech and he does not want my help due to lack of trust
