its ASUS r9 280 strix

go into CCC and in the search box type "over" and overscan should appear. Set it to 0

Hi i just bought my new 1080p monitor. So now when i connected it to GPU, there is a black edge around the screen, i have set it to 1920x1080 in display settings so i dont know why it doesnt use full screen i tryed changing it to lowr resolution and it used full screen but was a bit blurry

try using 16:10.

My monitor has black screen around it with 16:9 so it might help for you?
